Deposit Policy: All color services require a deposit that is non-refundable to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment on short notice; your deposit fee is not included in the cancellation policy fee. All deposits may OR may not be transferred over to a rescheduled appointment depending on notice of change and circumstances of the situation. Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee is charged for ANY service cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (exceptions may apply but at my discretion based on the situation) No Calls/No Shows Policy: A 100% of your highest estimated service fee for a no call/no show the day of the appointment. Late Policy: Arriving more than 10-15 mins late with no notice will result into a 20% up charge on your service. Arriving over 20 mins late is considered a no call/no show with a guarantee 100% fee charge and your service will not be done, you will need to reschedule. The no call/no show fee will NOT be used/transferred towards your new or rescheduled service.
